The most effective exercise program is the one designed specifically for you. A personal fitness assessment will test muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Based on information gathered your fitness professional can then tailor a safe, fun and effective exercise program.
Assessment/ Re-assessment
A complete Fitness Assessment may include some, or all of the following: Resting Heart Rate, Body-Fat (Skinfold) Testing, Blood Pressure Analysis, Circumference Measurements, Mile Walk or 3min Step Test, Push-Up Test, Curl-Up Test, and Sit and Reach Test.

Self-motivated, but just need a little direction? Then this option is right for you. After assessing your fitness level, allow our experts to design a 6-week exercise program specific to your needs and lifestyle goals. Program includes a Free T-shirt, WorkoutJournal for iPad and FoodJournal for iPad apps with unlimited personal support.
Assessment, 6-Wk Program Design & Training Session
In addition to the Assessment and Program Design, you can also meet with one of our personal trainers before, during, or after to ensure that you get the most out of your customized fitness plan.
