Our onsite personal training packages were designed to help meet you at your current commitment level. 

Personal Training Packages:

- 1 Training Session (pay as you go)​
​​- 6 Training Sessions (once a week for 6 weeks)
12 Training Sessions (two times a week for 6 weeks)

* Clients must have access to a residential gym.

Private Personal Training is still at the core of Haize Fitness.

Our goal to help our clients feel good and function better has always been our guiding principle.

We believe that the close bond we've developed with our clients over the years is also what allows us to learn from a practical standpoint the challenges they may face on a daily basis. This also gives us the unique opportunity to not only provide a physical solution, but a technical one as well.
