My trainer and I started working together at the neighborhood health club about a year ago. While I enjoyed learning to use the machines at the club I prefer working with him at home. It is quieter, we do not have to wait for machines or floor space to be free, but most of all it is a more intense workout and a much better use of my time. For me, because I have mobility issues, it also allows me to put all my energy into my workout and not getting to and from the gym. - Judith B.

My doctor strongly suggested that I start to diet and exercise. I needed to lose 20 pounds. Since I've never worked out before I know I needed help. I hired a personal trainer to come to the gym in my building. After the consultation, my assigned trainer met with me 3 times a week for 12 weeks. My personalized meal plans was anything but a diet it was very easy to follow because it allowed me to remain flexible as far as what I can eat.
